Open for discussions, tactics, Kami discussions and preferred rides.

Frame 5 is on Feb. 14 - the weekend AFTER the Superbowl, so we have some time. But the 14th is Hallmark's profit day, so please advise if your squad turnout is affected by VD.

TK will take the Raiden frame 5.

FYI One thing I noticed is the Raiden's 20mm round drops. Flying it the other night with tmoa against B29s and noticed left side guns rounds drop more then right side and below the pipper. Will have to study it and find out what is the most effective convergence for it.

Anyone fly it this series yet and find a sweet convergence?

I think that choice of aircraft depends upon which area they attack. If it is USAAF, then the J2M3 would be in order with a few Ki84's/

If they are attacking USN, Ki84's or N1K1's depending upon which aircraft is available to your squad.

KoN fighters have J2M and N1K1 available for whatever the mission calls for.

I think we should leave the CV's alone and just shoot down the Allies strike force.

I have a sneaky idea just to cut down on allied numbers.

Once we have a fair number of guys who can go Kami, we sit on the tarmac (so they can see how many we are), then we take off and take a cruise of Northern Japan. (only 1 aircraft each, no AI), we can cruise till T+160 than we will need to crash into the ocean north of Japan. That will hold a bunch of Aircraft escorting the Carriers. We haven't been able to get any points from the Kami's so let's use them to keep CAP on the carriers giving us a fighter advantage :D
