29's and 51's is the word on the street. I'll try to get the orders up by this Friday if not Saturday.

I am leaning towards a large group and possibly mix and match our fighter choices. CO's please let me know your plane of choice when available. At some point we will see the bombers and have to deal with them but at the same time i'd like to clean away the majority of the escorts so we can play with the heavies. Any thoughts or idea's please post below.

I won't have much time to do any graphics to visualize the plan, but will try to get the basic plan to picture.

Hawk --- Your group has done an amazing job this series with the CV's. Please let me know your thoughts on frame IV and if you will want some extra support the first sortie.

Two larg groups J2M3s with maybe two smaller groups of Ki84s to handle escorts.

Attacking the CVs early will be better to avoid a repeat of my frame. I expected more fighter action in the beginning instead they hit and ran until the bombers came an hour and a half later. I wouldn't be surprised if they attempted similar results on 145 this frame. Banking on the F4U speed like last time. Depending on where their CV is located we might be able to beat them to 145. I don't mean saving 145, just getting there to smack around the fighters so there would be less to contend with later.

On there fighter escort. They used 51s last frame and a few died so there will be a mixed group of 47s and Ponies from Iwo, assuming their "intel leak" is correct. Of course they could also go all Navy, which they've had good success with...

We have hit their CVs the last 3 frames pretty hard. I would expect them to have them really capped this time don't you.

I could send in my guys from different directions and if we have the cap for it. But that means taking away from splashing ant B29s that might be inbound.

The Knights are up for what ever you want us to do Drdart.

One thing to look at is using the P1Y(Ju88) costs the IJ lots more in points than the G4M2 or Kate. Kamikazes costs next to nothing. It takes 40 kamis to equal one CV sunk.

the J2M3 has a problem flying in level flight by hand. the aircraft keeps climbing even when you trim the elevators all the way down.
