BTW, in the third video, I thought I saw billpe shooting yobtee. He didn't; it was a con above him.

Very nice saves on the carrier Jlord and Yobtee <S>

Some intense fights this frame. This series has great classic plane match ups.

<S> all!

I agree Oskar....was a fun frame....lots of droning punctuated with moments of pure adrenaline:)

Think this video sums it up:

PS. JABO you can see honor land with no issue at 3:58 to 4:28. He just rolled off the runway to a stop, and when he exited his plane, it was "too far from tower" and kill was awarded. Thank you for addressing this real time... Maybe add a 1/2 mile or so will prevent this.

Hi Swanee, great flying. I noticed on Dobs video, you thought you were killed by a D8 head shot. This was the shot from my perspective slowed down to 1/5 speed.

Just curious about lag, did you really see this as a D8 shot on your FE?

Lag was crazy for me this frame. Don't know if it's the connection or if it's my PC and too much crap on 1 HD. Is it possible that a congested HD could cause problems? Probably need to get an SSD drive and put the OS and WB's only on it. I'm at a loss as on my FE I hit the stuff out of something and have it fly away with what appears as no damage, but it's never that way for me. ;)

Ya I know I got the only Brewster built airframe in service with our squad.

Twas an intense ending at the CV's gents. <S>

<S> Jlord. Shortly after my turn, I saw tracers headed my way and only had the a number icon and no ac identifier, assumed it was further than d5. It was a fast closure rate. Thought I had time to jink. but then BOOM. I only heard 1 ping. I see in your vid you started shooting at d4. Nice shot.
There was a lot of aircraft. That may have affected my frame rate a bit.

Great videos, I hope I'll have time to post mine tomorrow. Btw Jlordj don't you fly with the ".slip 1" command, sir? Having that slip-ball glued to the far right of the gauge eats the speed like running against the wind with an umbrella ^^.

Jokes aside I love watching your + Dobs' videos, I always learn from the way you guys fly and great save on the CV end frame. Nerves of steel 8-).

Dobs: Somehow I just knew that was you running NOE east of the CV's. As such I didn't dare to make more than a single guns pass and thought you had seen me when you turned left, so opened fire at d4 instead of closing. That habit of always looking behind you served you well, sir :-).

=dobs= sir, you are a one man wrecking ball!
Love the video.

Say, one question. Why did you only load 50% fuel and tell others the same?

I am sure he forgot the 75% rule in the heat of the moment. (50% plus drops is a 475FG standard loadout in normal arenas) However, Jabo is using forced minimum fuel arena settings so you can't actually takeoff with less than 75% internal fuel no matter what you put in the window.

If you look at his video at the 5 minute mark you will see he has 138.6 gals internal on the sortie he called for 50% + drops which is exactly 75% of the Ki84 internal capacity.

It is a nice feature and makes everyone's life easier when rules are hard coded like minfuel and forced exit on ditch. Now we need to get rid of trail formations as an option.
