I think we need to tighten it up on people rolling again during a frame after they have died, ditched, or bailed. Several times during the last frame, people lost their aircraft, but took off again.
Bomber pilots that lose their aircraft and jump to an AI are an exception to the rule. They still have to land before taking off again.
One guy ditched and was captured, but took off again. Another was killed 3 times. The squad CO's need to let their members know, if you don't land your aircraft, you can't take off again.
