I may be wrong on the following assumption regarding the ai situation, but here goes:

I believe gums showed up dying 3 times because he was piloting each plane at the time it was shot down.
If one shoots down an ai plane with no real pilot, it shows up in the buffer as an ai being shot down. Maybe this has changed?

Does this show different in the log as well???

This is what was supposed to happen, you shoot down Gums' aircraft that he is flying, he should automatically be transferred to his Wingman AI and can continue flying. You would get credit for the AI he jumped into and the AI kill message appears. You shoot down Gums again and he jumps into another of his AI Wingmen and you get credit for another AI and the AI kill message appears again. If you shoot him down again, and he has no more AI wingmen, the you get credit for Gums and the "Gums killed by Split" appears. If he has 3 wingmen, you need to kill one more time. This is the way it worked during the first series this year and I know because we flew aircraft with Wingmen very frame.

Someone should get points for the 2 AI that Gums lost first. I believe it was Split

Not too worried about kills, just wondering if things have changed and why.
