After a 30 minute delay due to a server reboot Trigr=, Crommm, Phenix, Rock and Gflyer launched from F22 in Spit9s at T + 0 and grabbed out west with the American Eagles to set up for our south central defensive CAP. We ran into the Doolittle's Raiders en route, noticed that they were unescorted and joined up to protect them until their escorts arrived. A large enemy formation was reported inbound to F22/23, we only had 10 aircraft between us so we barcapped between the attackers and Doolittle's Raiders who were working their way around north of F22/23. F22 was closed so we rtb'd to F18 at T + 40 to refuel.

Trigr=, Crommm, Phenix, Rock and Gflyer launched from F18 in Spit9s at T + 41 and grabbed out east with the American Eagles to assist friendlies engaged at F49. Phenix shot down two 202s, Glflyer got 1 and we lost Gflyer in that fight. We rtb'd to F18 at T + 119 to rearm.

Trigr=, Crommm, Phenix and Rock launched from F18 in Spit9s at T + 119 and grabbed out east with the American Eagles to assist 23rd engaged east of F49. This was a protracted fight at all altitudes with more groups joining. Rock got a kill and the numbers started to turn against us so we egressed west with 23rd and rtb'd to F18 at T + 150 to rearm.

Trigr=, Crommm, Phenix and Rock launched from F18 in Spit9s at T + 150 and grabbed out north to assist 23rd and Doolittle's Raiders who were dragging bandits into the F12/13 area. The bandits broke off before we got there, we got reports of an enemy group in the north and turned that way. No joy and we rtb'd to F2 and stood down at T + 167.

Kills: 4 (Phenix 2, Gflyer and Rock.)

Losses: (Gflyer.)

Thanks to Beaver, the RAF CO and Jabo and Roan, the S3 guys, for an action packed first frame.

Thanks for the help, TRIGR! It was a bit chaotic during the night, but glad to know you had our backs.
