Will be right here when it is done - unfortunately I cannot access the forum while logged into work - you would think FAA and planes go together - but nooooo!

I did want to right away though that I felt everyone flew as if we were one - all taking risks but following orders and I appreciate that from everyone of you. It was a frame CO's blessing!

PS: Saw other post this but want to emphasize it - getting the squad CO's on TS during the planning should become the standard! It is a great way to hear in real time what all the leaders are thinking and tweak the plan accordingly.
