Jabo - Points are not adding up for us.

"Allies take a slight lead 41 to 38 after the first frame.

I pulled the BDA from Frame 1.

B5N2 = 8 boats

SBD = 83 Structures
TBD = 5 Structures
F4F = 51 Structures

F4F = 24 Victories
A6m = 6 Victories

How can the score be 41-38?

Unless your calling Frame 1 a draw due to huge disparity in the setup of the series or software issues etc.....

Sorry for the late summary. I needed the S6 to get all the double destructions in the log.
Its close because of a CM error. The IJ zeros strafed down two CVs at the end of the frame.
Otherwise it wouldnt be close in Frame 1.

Frame 2 will be a totally different ballgame. IJ wont be bringing spitballs to the game either ;)

I flew a TBD (pretty much a penalty plane) in frame 1 in order to get ordinance to target...

Why do we even bother to keep score?

Over the years I have read many claims and statements about how the S3s should be kept historically accurate as possible and I agree.
Just curious--How many Allied CVs did the IJ forces destroy by strafing during WWII?

I suppose that means the guns on the Zeros are cranked up of the 50 cals have been cranked down or something like that.

So we start over in Frame 2 because of screw ups.

Why not just say that in the S3 Forum???

The score is basically tied going into Frame 2......Frame 1 was a test. :x

Sinking 2 CVs is 12 points. How did we get to 38 looking at the BDA?

S3 settings are the same as the MA. So you can test the effectiveness of the various weapons on the MA and dont have to log into the S3 arena anymore to get those settings.
