This series is very anti-historical

I sent this to Kaceyj, but along with an Axis rules violation, he only mumbled about the rules violation and never mentioned the numbers imbalance, the game would be winnabble for us if we had 3x the number of aircraft. With even odds tis scenario as it stands id a no win.

Historical accuracy is not popular with the side that lost.

On the bus run one of my wingmen refused to take off, currently on a charge of LMF. But this meant that when a 190 PKed me over 15 I was transported back to 20. Should I have counted this as a survive? No sure but I did :)

The numbers are way off, agreed. However I suppose it needs to be for the S3's. What SHOULD be done was limiting the Axis from flying more than 10 miles from their coastline. Hell, they were real near to our coast. Putting our ships there without proper defenses is ridiculous as well. It was an impossible task we were given by the jabo of this series. I may take on a frame or two but I'm not making my decision until I see the frame objectives of the upcoming frames. IF we don't know until the last day or so again, I'm probably not taking it. We'll just roll with what we have at the frame's beginning.

I was shot down by a 109 20 miles south 20. He would have been located by radar guided local defence fighters and destroyed. With the numbers we have it is difficult to imagine people willing to fly local defence let alone someone to man the radar. If we had IFF and rewards for successful vectors that may be an option.

Still it is what we have. I enjoyed it despite spending the first hour stooging over the channel in an unarmed a/c.
