Some folks think that the northern restriction/no-fly zone is the WB "5" grid line.

Rules say "5 row", and map clearly shows that.

We're flexible, but only one unit has questioned the rule that will affect at least two other squads, maybe more.

Gums asks....

I read it as no basing/missions north of the 5 row, which means, no going north of the 6 line. Why would jabo place Panther and Tiger tank divisions on the 5 row in his map if they weren't targets that could be hit?

Seems logical. I've changed the nomads and 23rd missions and basings
