Great question since they came back and hit "planes" at a closed field last frame....which leads to "shouldn't a closed field have no planes?"

Thru the first 4 frames we have looked for German planes on the ground at various airfields and not seen any/many. In Frame 4 we flew over one of our own tac fields and saw the huge parking lot of targets. Are there any fields on the german side that have parked aircraft targets? if so, which and how many are we talking about? |

Salute! The interesting thing is that shooting down the JU's is worth more than shooting down a 109!!!! In frame 1 we got almost as many points for killing 7 Junkers than 26 lites!!!!!!! Regardless of what the buffs do, seems like a few flights of lites could look for JU's near the Allied front and rack up the score. Not a score-monger, but also looks like fun and good practice. Gums opines.... |

Parked aircraft are worth 2 points each. Muzz (on his own) in his 190 d9 destroyed 13 parked aircraft and 4 C47s. (38 pts) I dont know if the germans have the vast parking lot of planes like we do, but its a lot of points (just sitting there) Awesome night for Muzz! |

I don't have a fancy screenie of tower dar taken during any of the Frames, however it is my recollection that there is an " inverted 'T' " symbol generated on the dar where the parked ac live. GCI "should" be able to give direction to fields where the parked ac live. Some AAA suppression may be required. |

I believe I am CO of frame 5 and was planning to start planning this weekend. Any intel you can give me on targets would be great! |

^^^^ I'd be greatly surprised if Jabo didn't move the parked airplanes around EACH Frame. It "may" be necessary to let the distribution proggie load before the strikes launch so that they know where they need to go. |
