-- Gentlemen, Particularly Bombers........ Give me your Most Valuable Target(s) in order of priority. This target will be the main goal, when destroyed, then the second and third value targets will come in. The plan will be to hold off buffs for 30 to 45 minutes and have fighter groups initiate jabo runs on all targets near and including the Main High Value Target. This will deplete enemy fuel and ammo. The initial fighter/jabo group or groups will then RTB at no later than T+30 and up for escort as the buffs take an indirect route (to allow for escort to rendezvous) to the High Value Target. The remaining Fighter groups will RTB and come to the High Value Target direct in due time (T+40ish) COORDINATION CONCERNS: 1. I will need a full understanding to publish ALL targets needed to close/destroy the named high value target and secondary. Jab needs to give ALL needs to close NO EXCEPTIONS. 1. If buffs initial attack is later (T+30 range) does that mean that I am stunting buffs capability to come back enough times? 2. It will be Allies goal to destroy and close the High Value Target with all pilots and planes dedicated to that target until destroyed. 3. buffs will come as a group with escort every time, no loners, no unescorted, if loner or unescorted you abort and rendezvous to buffs/escort then go. 4. I (juice) will be flying during all this unless another 352nd wants to do "during frame" coordination, THEREFORE, YOU GROUPS will have your overall orders and goals. I expect you to communicate intentions and positions TO EACH OTHER so all can go toward the HIGH VALUE TARGET. All eyes and thoughts will be to destroy the High Value Target ..... funnel to it and destroy it. Then move to number 2. 5. It will be simple as soon as buffs are in the air that ALL allied will go to buffs or to the designated HIGH VALUE TARGET........ period. Until it is destroyed. Then all will proceed to the next value target designated. load shot, bring comments, Kill them all Juice |

T targets are worth 15 points. F are worth 10. It might be a good idea to close the nearest field so they can't ditch within 10 miles of the open field and re up. They get back in the fight and we get no points from downing them. It would also prevent other squads using it tu refuel and rearm. As a note frame 4 is Oct. 15 |

T38 has 1 spawn point - north and a total of 11 buildings, probably some houses in that number which give no points or some warehouses which are worth 0 points. T41 has 3 points, North, West and South and about 40 buildings in total (T41, noy counting spawn pts), 5 trucks on a West road T45 has 6 spawn points - 3 to the East (3,2,1 respectively) 1 South East and 2 South West, I lost count after 50 buildings, maybe many houses and warehouses T48 has 3 spawn points - East, West & South West-a fair number of buildings T49 has 3 spawn points - N, E, SW, SE - couldn;t see anymore so I couldn't count G111, supports T41 and is a Medium(I assume)it has 2 runways, paved G112, supports T45 - Grass G113-closed G115-supports T49 - Grass G117 supports T48 - Grass + a few more buildings F53 supports 48 - Large F59 - City - No airstrips I don't now building types, can pick out ammo dumps, etc. |

-- Ok, I am ignorant of what is best points getter. So name some. Unless the "spawn points" are "points" If so then 41 starts to look like most likely again. I assume getting heavy bombers would be good, but, the enemy will have very heavily armed fighters. So, if buffs take off at T-0 and fly for alt for 40 to 60 minutes what alt would that be? Jabo fighters can attack in many different areas including possible take out of a near by small field to prevent zombie take offs. Need to get a picture of the best point getter to attack to get ball rolling....... then of course the secondary and terciary. Thanks Juice |

-- Gentlemen, Since no replays I now lean toward 41. (stop me now if you are just now getting here) This means Killing 111 and 41 AND making sure we know what is necessary to close. I believe that the previous frame (3) gives our buff/jabo a leg up on where targets are. Secondary will be 115 and 49. If we close both (all 4) then 112 and 45. Reasoning is that fighters can re-up as small fields near by. Now, Give me best basing for buffs please. And any other data you can. Juice |

It would be interesting to study the individual point tallies for Frame 3. By concentrating on keeping losses down Allied individual points zoomed way above the Luftwaffe. The Luftwaffe was killing allied aircraft but loosing much of their own. Allied losses were almost half of the previous frames. I think that is the key. Bombers or strike going in as a large group without escort has always not ended up badly. |
