Sorry for the delay. Been dealing with a family member heart attack. Real life comes first as we all know.
American Eagles were blessed with additional pilots for Frame 4. We welcome all who wish to participate in the S3 under American Eagles banner. The plan was essentially a rinse and repeat from Frame 3.....2 bomber sorties heavily escorted. Sortie 1 saw 16 pilots take to the sky to defend our B25's: Besea, Ozzone, Rock, Darken, Okdoc, Hookem, Pppepp, Foss-j, Waggaa, Swanee, Crommm, Lehi, Raven, Caycam, Ironwolf, Docgxx. As usual, the action was fast and furious. Kills go to Okdoc (2 plus 1 bridge), Docgxx (2), Foss-j (2), Swanee (1), and Besea (1). We lost 2: Lehi and Darken (pesky fragile wing).
Sortie 2 saw 10 pilots (4 had to depart early) head for the heavens to defend our bomber brothers: Besea, Swanee, Crommm, Docgxx, Foss-j, Pppepp, Waggaa, Rock, Ozzone, Hookem. Lots of action and swiss cheesed planes but fewer results. One kill for Foss-j, and one loss for Ozzone. Managed to get most buffs home in both sorties.
