When do we tell the Axis what we are hitting, i.e. North or South? 8:25 PM Sunday

No they have to been informed. Because of the numbers we have to start to limit some of these larger terrains. They need to plan coverage and what and if they are going to hit targets.
I think a reasonable time would be on Thursday nightFriday morning. I will try and update the status before each frame quickly after Sunday. A little more offline recce and planning required for some missions.
