S3 Series

First and foremost, Thanks to everyone for a great frame!
Frames like that one are what make being a CO so much fun. Put a plan together and watch it fall into place.

First sortie, the buff's took off on time and met up with the AI at 2,2,5 or a little north. The IJ were sitting at 186 waiting as expected but it seemed like it was only the 352nd. Fighters engaged and kept them off the buffs! I think we lost several fighters, sorry, but they couldn't mount an effective attack on the buffs at all. Even with the paper mache B24's we lost very few.

Second sortie, we launched quickly and again made it to the 2,2,5 to join up with the AI. The AI stayed off to the east of us most of the trip. We didn't have enough time to fully merge with them like the first sortie. Again, the fighters did a great job keeping the IJ at bay. very few losses except for Gums who has to take that big bullseye off of his planes. light losses with the IJ unable to put together a effective attack.

I was shocked we had no massive head-on attacks from the IJ. Especially with those big cannon planes of theirs. Great job fighters.

Was a fun night.
