4th (14) Launched from CVs in F6 to RZ over 186 and CAP. Approached 186 from east at 31k and were engaged 20nm east of 186 and lost 2 with no kills. Continued to circle 186 unt AEs showed the RTBed to cover 1st AI mission. We were told the AIs were at 3,4 so launched but never got any further information on location of the strike so climbed out east to 35 k and orbited the 5,5 waiting for 2nd strike. Before the buffs launched we were jumped and chased SE losing several more with no kills. We attempted to RTB and up to cover 2nd strike but had several crash on landing. The f6 is unstable at slow speed. Model is FU.

Good job 4th. I should have been clearer about everyone getting together prior to approaching the enemy coast. Things might have been worse though as you had a lot of bad guys chasing you around that might have overwhelmed the attack forces otherwise.

Guess the F6 is not ready ESPECIALLY if trying to land on a carrier.

In hindsight we should have set the cvs to move north on the 5 vert instead of 4 vert. they were just too close to the enemy and put us in ther DAR at TO. Also the AI raids, the Allied Frame CO is supposed to set those up. Allowing Jabo to start where they did was a huge mistake that cost Allies many points. I don't think land based AIs can make timing for a 2nd strike unless the start/end point is positioned well west out of DAR. In Frame one the TBD AIs could just make the timing for both attacks. Oh Well.

Salute! Aye aye!!

Great points, Bomb-breath.

The 60 mile dar is brutal. So let's make sure we have our critter attacks spawn at a good point. Secondly, our carriers need to be further than 60 miles from the IJN dar, ya think?

Oh well, we are learning, and the new FM for the Hellcat seems to be FUBAR according to what I heard.

Been doing quite well with the Hellcat in the Main myself.

d like to see a couple things tweaked a bit....but overall, its a damn sight better than it was before update
