I'd like to give a tip of the hat to Fatboy for frame 4. He came in late and asked where he could help. He was tasked with bombing missions in a B25 as the only level bomber on the Allied side. He completed 3 sorties to F59 and destroyed 37 targets, and returned safely after every sortie. He destroyed more targets than all the Axis level bombers.

Also a Tip to Robert flying from Sweden in early AM his time - 7 Kills for Ace in a frame + 2, plus a 40mm, a Panxzer, and two targets at F59 Well Done!

Also kudos to the guys from RCAF 127 Wing and the 8th FG who managed to keep FatBoy alive on approach and exit from the target area.

On the fighter vs. fighter match-up



In Frame 4 the Allied aircraft killed more airplanes and more targets than the Axis forces did. Axis forces took more land than the Allies did by targeting strategic locations.

Jabo please note that the Points Summary does not have the proper number of House/AAA units killed by our lone bomber aircraft. Summary shows "1", BDA shows "32".

I post the summary before I head off out of town on Wed. The S6 usually comes in about Thursday. I try and update on Saturday to reflect this.
