I am pretty certain Jabo isn't going to use an alternate texture path for this frame so saving this as newguinea.dds should work. Hopefully Jabo will give a definitive answer.

Here is what it looks like

Be sure to deselect map grid in the tower to declutter

I will provide a version without the Bullseye in the next post

Hey Dawger sir,
For us lazy folks, could you rotate the Bullseye 180 degrees? That way the VOR reading will match the compass.
Also, what is the scale of the rings?

Looks good.

I can do that and I will post the new one ASAP.

The range rings are 25 miles. If you look closely the range rings are labeled on the cardinal headings (NSEW) and on the 30 degrees radials.

I added reciprocal heading in pink on the Bullseye for Muskie. Its a great idea. I couldnt just rotate the compass rose so adding pink reciprocals was the easiest solution.

It is available using the same link as before.

Awesome stuff Dawger.
Been screwing around trying to put radials over map to view on my iPad.
Thought I'd have to keep bouncing back and forth to that to navigate.
This is a Huge help.

Thanks

Swanee

Dawger,
Looks great. Recommend you add static shipping symbols and dynamic Sao shipping routes. I could've out of a job! Cheers!

Thanks Dawger!
The dds file worked great! Made navigation much easier. I know I would have been lost without it.

I wouldn't mind a tropical base layer with legend and static/dynamic shipping symbology already there to start from...

Hint, Hint.
