Once a base or field is closed, will it remain closed for the rest of the game (unless it changes sides). Need to know ASAP to put out preliminary orders by Wednesday.

Generally you will score points for any BDA and AI kills(shipping and aircraft) but choosing which fields to close is a strategic thing. Remember the Allied front will move and you will gain some fields in later frames.
