I was wondering what people thought about this:
1) We cant hide the bombers long from radar on this map.
2) What if we show them something they recognize and then change it?

(thanks Wolf)

I was thinking if we present a stream of bombers (3 groups) climb over the north sea then head east towards Denmark. as the groups proceed east (north of the flack band SE from 60)
When the second group in line gets to that point they turn south east (to be on the west side of the flack concentration) at this time the first group loops north then west

second and third group then head east at Bremen to targets in berlin.

First group will have looped back and followed the same course as groups 2 & 3 but will now be the trail group.

I was thinking this might throw off their assembly points...

good idea? bad idea? would it be a suicide mission for group 1?

(I don't have any frames this series so I'm just putting the idea out there.)

Cool,
I was really hoping to do that but there is no time. We did that rope-a-dope with whawk a long time back but then didn't go very deep.

We just have no time.

I am hoping to send the 23rd down south to hopefully give them a false sense of our path.

Salute!

The faux buff stream works with a large lite outfit that has a central flight and a few outliers. Kinda like Operation Bolo from my real world era.

They get the enema active, then they press on into the main tgt area at normal lite speeds and altitude to help, or whatever the frame CO wants them to do ( which might even be hassle with the enema interceptors).

Oh well, we could consider this tactic later frame, huh?

Remember there is only grey dots radar so it is possible to bounce LW fighters on the climb out from nearby fields. They will be replaning several times during the long flight and small grps of hunter killers have worked well once everything is scrambled and there is just one big mass on radar with blips all around it going in and out.
