Unzip to your warbirds main directory. contains 1 file eto.dds - Make a copy of your original file if you so desire. Else next update will overwrite it any case. Also attached is a .dtf file that shows the coastal radar. Looks like this: Attachment: route.jpg [ 392.93 KiB | Viewed 1413 times ]

Next best thing to a Muzz Map that anyone could ask for! Nice job, NFZ. Particularly since the .dds part would accept any change you might make to the .dtf file. Question please: "T" times on the .dtf presume that takeoff is at T=0, correct? Traditionally T=0 is the time that the Frame actually begins. IF you were to utilize the "early buff takeoff" option, the "T" time is T minus 30. Nonetheless, the object of the current exercise is to determine how and when the various groups can join-up. That makes what you elected to use useful for planning purposes! At takeoff plus 84 minutes to the preliminary RP, some fighters may have a significant delay time at the beginning of the Frame |

At takeoff plus 84 minutes to the preliminary RP, some fighters may have a significant delay time at the beginning of the Frame Thanks for the kind words but credit is due where it it is deserved. A huge ~S~ to Muzz; this is Muzz's map. All I have done is add the extra info found in the PDF map. So all the credit goes to Muzz and Jabo and everyone else who helps do the planning for us. ~S~ all. On the route DTF I used T=0 for frame start time, but then I realized that the lead group has a loooong way to go and may not be able to make it home T+180. (bombs out time is well within parameters even for a T start). Hence I have recommended a T-30 start. If that's approved I'll update the route DTF that MuskieZZ created to reflect that. |

Great Job!!!! I am making a couple small changes to the dtf file, but not major. Also, Buff group #1 (Out of LAF110) will be at 24K and Buff Group #5 out of LAF6 will be at 26K (per the rules) and it looks like we will have to up at T-20. I flew the Buff 1 route and it took me 190min to fly without any TAC turns. So T-20 will allow a little buffer time. Here is the final DTF: Attachment:

Can you give me a airspeed for the bombers once they get to alt? I assume the airspeed will change once bombs are dropped and egress begins. This is going to be the tricky part for the AI MBLs. But I will make sure they are always at a different altitude so they dont run into either lead or trail formation. |

Climbing at 135mph airspeed - the actual indicated airspeed as it reached 26k was - 140mph - ground speed about 240. this is with BST1 Once I leveled out and no BST on the airspeed levels out at about 155mph ground speed hovering around 240. Then after bomb drop I again engaged BST1 and flying level airspeed steady at 186mph ground speed rose up to 284. |
