May I suggest we get the LW going away from the strike areas before committing the mud movers then taking down the north DARs be the first priority. Blind them as they have blinded us.

The 109s are hard to take on when massed like they are tending to do. Misdirection is the key to a successful frame I think.

Might I suggest doing a .movehq when you r at your field.
Might I also suggest that at 182 there is a radar there. Taking it out quickly will help a great deal in getting strikes into that area unseen unless the donkey starts braying.
It may be possible for the 23rd to lift off 4 ( will be on dar) and head slightly south till off enema dar. The 4th heads off nw grabing alt to 15 k or so and appears on enema dar, feint into enema territory and flirt around on their dar. Meantime the 23rd in p 39's drops below dar and heads north noe into 182 for the primary purpose of striking 182 dar blinding them.
Its proly important to lift off 4 quickly before thereis a chance to put a cap over it. I don't think we got the fuel to take off 4 at t+0 and loiter until all groups are assembled for an all in one strike. Is there any kind of T=? that strikers/bombers can be over target area? The lites may be able to plan a bit better for cover if we knew, fuel being our biggest issue. I would suggest a buff alt below 15 k with lites at 15 k to remain inside our flight envelope.
Would there be time then, for the 4th and 23rd to combine for a fighter strike on 182 to take out that dar and rtb for fuel etc to meet up with heavies for the big show?
I'm just thinking out loud here. Wanna see some better cord between heavies and lites to give them what cover we can.
I see taking dar out at 182 early as key.

Well, Nomads can do it, but we'd rather eliminate the 88's up front. Plus the 40's at F182 to enable NS , et al, to take out tgts one by one.

We can get all 88's except the one at north end of the port on our first sortie. Plus the 40 's at F182 south side. Figure ToT about T + 12 from our takeoff. Will require us to split up, but if we have help from Little Friends, then enema lites should be taken care of.

The DAR hut is hardest, but for some reason the antenna goes down easier than most. If NS comes in after we hit those acks, they should be able to get the DAR. In other words, after frame time of T + 15, the DAR could be down.

We plan to go with the SEAD mission first at 9,000 feet or so, then dive to deck for RTB. Later missions can be flown much lower once the 88's and 40's are down. Don'tchya see?

Who will volunteer to be close escort for Nomads? 4th? 23rd?

I realize most lites will be zooming over the tgt area, but just two lites with each of our three elements would help.

We would like to help you out Gummy, but we are too far away to start. However, DAR being down will help us on our mission to 263.

BTW, anyone got an aerial view of 263?

O.K. Weiser, all we need are 6 of 4th men for our three lines. The other dozen can zoom around over the tgt and/or protect F4. Sheesh. We ain't asking much. The actual DTF and a graphic are already posted.

BTW, DR is awfully quiet, and maybe Hitman and his folks might get with the DR.

the hardest target at 263 it the hanger.. Bluzoo has posted intel on how many bombs it will take to destroy .. the rest are pretty much easy 1 40mm 1 fuel and a couple parked planes... i would like of you to hook around off their dar Noe use southern approach .. time it so when you attack Nomads and Lites are making a stir at 182 area ..

i like Vslp 's idea 4th comming in form NW and 23rd from S . maybe we can get upper hand since 182 and 263 can only muster 3 steps of aircraft .. we can muster 6 steps of lites in the immediate area ..

i sitll have hard on still for 184 i really think closing that one also would really hurt their ability to resits our will in the previous frames to follow .. but we need points and their is allot of them iin the 182 area

i didnt know about the ferrets .. i can move up AE's to 178 and thell go wilth you Night Stalkers in Hvy P-39's that will add a little more fire power..

DR will take B25Cs from 25 and hit 16 as requested. We hope to be flying at 13000 feet or so as tests lower was disastrous.

Our route looks like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/r5mtrv0fo0eq961/drframe3.jpg

The DTF is here : https://www.dropbox.com/s/7dm6lrpvfbwfmif/drframe3.dtf

This is how F16 looks - the numbers are how many 500LB GP bombs each target takes.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/zfrz4992hm1thk2/F16.jpg

So needless to say we will not close in one pass. We hope to be over target 3 times:

T + 20
T + 60
T + 100

The key is of course survival. Remember if we do not close no points and it will rebuild. So that means fighter cover will be a must. Can we please request dedicated escort for our bombers? 3-4 lites from 23'rd and 4th (each) would be great :-)

Very nice Nofly.

If Nomads are successful on the SEAD mission, then the rest of the frame should be drop, RTB and rinse, repeat.

Still need coord with 23rd for some escort besides the embedded DR lites, IMHO.
