Bomb Arm times same as in main? Or still old version of bombs hot off the rails?

Yes, Set dfuse to 10sec. (We do it all the time).

If requiring an effort to close, maybe focus majority on 77, and have a few gritty veterans only take out the dar at 78? That's way we'll be sure to rack some points at 77 while blinding the enemy.

Thats my thoughts. Have the 4th, 100th, and AE do a QUICK drop of 500lb (no strafing passes) on 77 and have the 475th go for DAR and tanks (one pass) at 78.

Need to kill both 77 and 78 to eliminate the Dar there.

Just remember that our radar just barely covers the 77/78 area. Any loitering and they will be on you like flys on sh*t, as they were on our sortie there for the tanks first frame.

Split, I fully agree. that being said, we need to get points from something. One quick drop and we get it or we don't and bug out. I am hoping that we can beat the IJ there (while they climb to 50,000'). This should be before the AI hit us real hard also if we can all get up at T+0.

(24) 500lb bombs or so on 77 and (10) 500lb boms on the DAR at 78 might just work. If we recon 77 and see only a few things left up, we can go back later, if too much left, oh well, not worth killing squads over.

I don't think we got the plane match up to go nose to nose, which makes a pure defensive stance, untenable. going offensive is dangerous but it is perhaps our only hope. Kill /bomb things that get points. Not sure how we can stop them doing the same thing

475th has Field 78. Plan is to kill Dar. We can drop ack, then dar, but will take us a bit longer and requires loiter in tgt area.

Need to know what plan is for strike on 77. One Big ASS ridge to cross to get there so heads up.

We (475th) are leaning toward NOE direct line 92 to 78. Then popping about the time the terrain goes from green to brown. So we will be on Dar about 3 minutes before we drop.

One pass haul ass..

If 77 gets hit prior to or at same time....we will come NOE out up the valley killing pontoon bridges and tanks if 77 is deacked.

Otherwise we are out to the NW to get out of dar and out of danger.

Muskz...please let me know so I can have the guys get practice flying NOE.
