Salute!

Hey, Cool Man!!

There's an 88 or two at F193, and I got hit by the sucker(s) coming off F21 tgt.

Take care, Comrade.

Sorry AE......head not in it last night. You can use 25 with the Nomads.
Use a/c of your choice but try to be in 21 area about 5 mins before the Buffs.
All of the ftr squads will be converging that area.
Targets will be 21 and 193 .....if any bombs left, can have tgts of opportunity.
I'd like all units to approach NOE until close in...and be aware of F221 and F11 as well.

RGR. field 25.

We probably will Be in Yak9s again. We killed 9 of the 20 109s that went down last week so are pretty happy with it.
Hopefully we can contribute to the attack groups success this time. Its already been a mater of internal squad discussion.

Hopefully the attack squads will give target intell on egress. We have been know, "if not obsorbed with counter air," of cleaning up a target and closing it in the past.

Comrade Zoo, takes us 23 minutes to reach F21. We cruise at 14K and 240 mph ground speed. Might think about not zipping along at 100% power in order to extend range/time.

Our mission is to take down the 4 88 acks there to enable strikers and DR's to have free reign at the tgt area. We'll try to get back and hit the DAR to the southwest of the main field, and those tgts are tuff.

Our tac channel is 22 and our TS is not protected should you wish to talk now and then.

DTF without the F25 departure is on the F21 thread. We will be over F250 about 15 minutes after takeoff.

Time distance all taken in account. Not sure I understood ..

NOE to target 21? then hit acks and climb to 14k. Did I get that right.
You going straight in or round about?
How long after do you expect Doolittles hitting.

SOP for EAGLES is on escort play loose and free. If mission NOE we usualy go in NOE near our wards just in case, pulling ahead and placing ourself between potential intercept and either pop just prior to set up our selves in intercept position or if EA field close may pop same time as wards to give as little warning time as possible and cap that threat. If intercepted by superior numbers or a determined defence we resort to pulling threat away, and using coordinated slashing, weave formation tactics try to neutralize them. This leaves our wards to do their buisness unhindered.
Second tactic is to take round route to target NOE or poping from time to time or staying stealth to pull EA in different direction then heading straight over main threat in target area hopefully just beforef our wards to attack or pull cons attention away from our attack group and the area.

If all works well and attack group doesn't hang around too long we should be successful. Oh it helps when attack group egresses to broadcast "off target" and direction of retreat in compass heading.

Maybe this is too much info.. hehe. overload. but gives you an idea and you can always disreguard it if not usefull.
Bluzoo.

Can we use field 10 instead of 25. cuts off 30 miles from our trip and brings us closer to the units we are to support.
Yak range might be a problem way back at 25.

Sorry blu... already have 2 seps of 23rd at 10. We don't have much choice.
The 4th used 18 and 19 last week and had no problem wandering
around down there.

Weeell then .. improvise.

Guess we will be covering the egress then.

Is there an option in here where you get your crew chiefs to light up a flare trail with smudge pots along the strip to get airborne 15 minutes before dawn. T- 15.
the .smudgpot command.
