Reciprocal bearings. Show the "radials" on you VOR compass reversed by 180 degrees.
VOR compasses you use on the map are great for RL nav, but the WB VOR command gives bearing TO the field vice the bearing FROM the field.
Eg provide an alternate label for the 045 radial of 225
