Just an observation, but the buffs (which were not spotted by scouts) have been on radar for quite a while by the time they get to the 5,7 cross.

I carried both of the 108 gal. DTs. Used the SP offering the 360 heading. As the flight would overfly the heavy AAA in Holland, I continued my climb until reaching 28,000', then leveled off for the 5,7 Cross. 33 minutes. At the Free Flight fuel divisor, 113.1 gals of fuel were expended. I suspect that slightly more fuel is the "right" number with the proper fuel divisor.
