Salute!

Late post for route, best I can tell, and I do not unnerstan why we ain't coming from NE and then booking fast to the east after drop. We shall be flying over the heart of the IJN ack and such for many minutes before our drop. Just an observation.

Second, what are all the circles about stuff on the tgt pic if there are only a few things that need to go down???

Can we have a tgt map with only the required tgts and number them like "a", or "1" or ........?

Nofly great job again--I love your attention to details in the orders--Just a shame some people never read them--those are the
ones that log in at T-5 or less and ask--What color, what plane, etc.
I do have one concern--- if you look at AC chart it shows we Have SBD and TBDS for this series--well we --the bombers have flown TBDS in the past 3 frames. The rules state that "All steps must be flown" which I would think it means we must fly SBDS the last frame--if so you sure need to practice some dive bombing soon.
A/C = squad assigned a/c steps. All steps must be flown during a series, when and what mix is up to the squad CO.
See all Sunday--
PS don't forget the time change.

~S~ Thanks for the kind words gofly. I completely missed this rule :-( Having to use SBDs will change everything. The time hack, the bomb load and all.

I am hoping that this is not going to be enforced this time around.

Reason: All IJN fighters in Frame 1 and 2 flew Zeros even tho they too have the Zero & Val assigned.

If the rule is to be followed then by definition the Frame 4 IJN must fly the Val (cause they flew the Zero last frame), Frame 4 USN fighters must fly the penalty plane C47 (for not flying Vals frame 1 or 2) - UMM KoN and NS must fly the SDBs. unescorted!!

JABO Please let bygones be bygones on this one sir! Will pay more attention in the future.

You are a 100% right it could have been from the NE. Would be about 5 minutes more in flight time to line up just right and avoid 24 which has very angry ACK.

Would hate to change route now. ACK has not been a factor at 12K last 3 frames and lets hope it will be the same this one. Also we are not overflying any directly.

Này, tôi không bao giờ nói nó sẽ được dễ dàng!

All orange marked targets are required!!

Basically drop 1 bomb on each target which has your number. Numbers will be assigned in flight depending on how many bombers we have we will double up on some targets especially #3, 4, 5.

Additionally I will call pre-flight for 2 but at the least 1 bomber with a load out of 100lbs bombs for the guns and clean up if required. With NS coming in heavy behind us I don't see why we won't close this puppy down!

Required Inventory for Field: LAF 13 (Marked in orange)
------------------------------------------------
4 FD Small fuel tanks at airfields and other locations.
4 PA Parked a/c types - various types specific to terrains.
3 SM Any small structure necessary for base closure.
2 HS Various small general structures at all locations.
2 HG Airfield Structures of various types and sizes to house aircraft.
2 AD Various fortified ammunition storage bunkers at airfields and tactical positions.

Not required for field LAF 13: (marked in yellow)
------------------------------------------
2 G1 Twin MG position with man.
1 G0 Large flak gun in sandbag ring.
1 G3 Medium flak postion in dirt ring OR large sandbag ring with wheeled gun.
2 G2 Small flak position in dirt ring OR medium sandbag ring with MG and man.

Well, to me if it's in the rules, we should comply. But if we don't it won't be the 1st time they were broken. Like at at one point you could get resets only within 30 min. of frame--no longer applies-- I mean complied with. I've seen other players violate the AC steps, some from my squad--but seems no one gives a crap about rules.
Rules that Jabo goes out of his way to try and make it both a fun and a fair series-

To not following them is wrong.
No offense, just my 2 cents.

Noflyz,

It's all good buddy. It's the last frame and will do our best to get some points for DrDart.

Still, great job! I always seem to mess up with the rules from time to time.

Where are you looking? The rules say

Quote:
5. Squad Aircraft - each squad may fly any of the aircraft listed for them in the A/C table. Only one type per frame though.

It has always been understood that we don't have to fly the planes we don't want to. The rules don't say all must be flown. Usually if we need to fly specific planes, there is a number of frames listed that they must be flown.

Gofly must have seen this on the notes under the aircraft steps table:
Quote:
•Frame CO - squad must provide someone to lead a frame during this series. On a rotation basis.
•Turnout # = averages based upon last event.
•SV = Step Value, relative size of a squad(1 = 1-6, 2 = 7-12, 3 = 13-18, 4 = 19-24, 5 = 25+)
•A/C = squad assigned a/c steps. All steps must be flown during a series, when and what mix is up to the squad CO.
•Role = squad specific role or expertise, does not limit a/c types unless specific event rules are in place. Aid for Frame CO planning purposes.

However, as Muskyz points out, the series rules should trump what is noted there as it specifically deals with aircraft assignments for this series.

Muskie/Coolon Tks for reply.

You are correct Coolon--Info was from the A/C Chart
A/C = squad assigned a/c steps. All steps must be flown during a series, when and what mix is up to the squad CO.

I guess it is like it depends what"is" Is?

Just know in Texas, "All" means "ALL"

But can see where it means 1 Step of options authorized.-- But still disagree with the "All"
