Who wants the P36?

With all the field closures in frame 3, I believe they will launch their attack for the harbor this frame. Our advantage is we get to roll at T+0 and position ourselves where we may have an advantage.

Thoughts and suggestions please post below.

Orders will be out Saturday.

clipped from AAR...

IMHO, fighting 1 on 1 a 'big wing' that also has superior numbers is a lose/lose situation, especially if they can disengage simply by climbing away or running you out of fuel. Beating zeroes handled by talented aviators is a great adrenaline rush, but the only way to hurt the axis this frame is to find and destroy the Kates. It takes away points from them (2 sorties of targets) and adds to ours. I believe this should be the focus in the next frame, especially since the ack (hopefully) will be actually shooting (only saw the 88's popping off in Frame I) and may deter zekes from strafing.

Therefore, I believe with good coms, once the B5Ns are located (They simply won't use D3As, the 'biggest payload' mentality), waves of attackers should work if allowed to get speed and dive in.

Hopefully, the thousands of people on the island should be able to see aircraft and report them in so we can get some donkey dar in this frame :ugeek:

CVs are the same as in the previous frame.

Allied CVs will start at 12,3,1 and head 000 at 20mph.

F12 and F2 are closed airfields so dont land those. I think all your radar is down so stay fairly close to Oahu. At 15 miles out ground observers will give you some IDs. Flak will be increased and AI DDs at Pearl will provide some defense there.
P36 out of F16 to start so any squad that wants them has to start there.

Will update the score on Sat when I am home.
