S3 Series

As I expected the plan went in the toilet quickly. Thanks to everyone who participated last night.

As first time in the CO chair I was repeatedly suprised at how long some things took to accomplish and then how quickly others occured.

First off, my apologize to the DR. I thought we had a numerical advantage as you went in to F14. I wanted to turn you away numerous times, but made a bad call and sent you in anyway. That was all my fault.

Initial ground strikes went off quickly and with great results. Salute to the 4th FG for an outstanding job all night. Big salute to the Nomads who kept taking down targets and all the groups who helped. Darryl continued closing targets all night.

I knew from past frames the LW would chase us all the way to F10, so after the first debacle the night turned into a cat a mouse game.

We'll have to wait and see the results, but we should have held most of the front, and hopefully pushed it east. I think we closed more ground than the LW. Aircraft losses were close by the end of the night.
