Rolled m24 with 10 pilots and 1 on gci. Proceeded to 34/36 area. % miles short of 36 109's reported by gci to be hitting the bridge. Ran them off shooting down 3. Regrouped, reformed over 34 and proceeded patrol, cycling guyswho had been in the fight and disco's back to the front. REcycled main group a while later leaving 3 or 4 guys behind that had fresh rides and fuel. As main group rtb'd and was landing jets were reported coming into 34 area getting bounced by our 4 guys killing 2 and wounding 1 or 2 more sending them packing/limping home. Main group got back into position and we chased various ghosts, ack sighting etc, and occasional high 109 coming over but quickly going home. Buffs hit their last target and radar being clear at that time, sent the group over to intercept buffs along their egress route in case they needed help. they didn't, rtb'd and stood down.
found no ai's but shot down 2 jets and 3 or 4 other 109's.
No losses.

WOW! That was a great AAR, sir. Sounds like the enemy were kept from closing anything or destroying much, if anything. Thankful that you had no losses, too. Great job!
