the 4th upped from 19 with 10 + Bolock in Tiffys as per orders. We proceeded to 23 and attempted to take down as many targets as we could before getting jumped, then ran back to 19 after losing 2. 2nd sortie upped in Tiffys again and 2 Spits and climbed north to join the DRs on their way inbound to 23 and 26 from the west. Made the join up before we were engaged with some of us dropping on 23 and the rest chasing Axis. Lost 2 more. 3rd sortie, again upped and headed towards 26 to help. Dropped some bombs and engaged. Lost 2. 4th sortie, upped mostly in spits NOE toward 48. Climbed about 10 miles from target several made it into drop and several cleaned up to defend. After that its all a blur! A major issue is with kill scoring. Everyone was locked out after two deaths and had to ask for third life. Also, targets killed and showed on intel channel but did not show airfield closing. Happened with both 23 and 26 and we had to rely on JABO telling us the fields were closed.
