Enemy capping CV. Let'em. 2nd launch would be much closer to target so not required to climb and forces enemy to come down to us.
I see you have switched us to escort - except WE WILL NOT BE FLYING THE P-51 - IT'S PORKED. WE'LL FLY THE F4U-1D.

If they CAP the CV it's no problem since we'll be close to 2nd target we'll not need to climb and they will have to come down to us to fight. Have already worked up the AI cover scenario but will be glad to escort DRs if that's what you want, except we'll be in F4U as the Pony is porked like the F6.

Salute!

One thing to consider to keep congestion down at Naha is for NS/Nomad grope lurch from 194. COuld save a few minutes, but I really ike the air lurch we have already due to all the great features we got in our latest downgrades ( flight models for another thread, ya think?)

My opinion is to play the cards we are dealt, and work on getting the sim back where it was three years ago.

The good thing about F194 is we can recover there.

For now, we should go with Foo Bird's plan and see what we can do.

Gums opines...

Increased the airstart at F191 to 20,000ft for the B24s to get to alt quicker. Escorts can use this field as well. Probably a good one to land for your second sortie if time is short.

TBF-1Cs AIs will descend to attack their targets. Thats the bad news, the good news is they seem to destroy a lot when they do. So expect a low alt feeding frenzy by the IJ when the TBFs hit. I will run the best routes to see what will keep them clear of mountain sides.

FM feedback with some details is appreciated in the FM forum either here or on the IEN site http://bhlanding.ient.com/warbirdsforum/
Its the only way to get them as correct as possible. Its a new group and they are doing things differently but are very receptive to feedback especially from all the experienced hardcores here in the S3s.
