JG51 flying with LF6 was tasked with defending the southern area assets. Action was sporadic and our engagements were brief, usually catching the attackers after they had struck. Our last sortie we went after the AI tanks and C-47s in the northern area. SUMMARY 11 pilots 41 sorties 38 safe landing(s) 3 airframe(s) lost ( 3 x Bf-109G2E *) None attributed to enemy pilots. 2 pilot(s) KIA 1 taken POW 6 victories 2 assist(s) 9 ground objects and/or AI destroyed ( 4 x C-47, 3 x M4A1, 2 x 40mm AA) <S> |

Thanks for allowing me to fly in the big chair again. Someday I might even let one of you try it.  Great work covering the south and watching over the knights. I feel bad that you lost a few to collisions, disco's and gravity. Great work with LF6 and good to see it coming together. |
