Ok guys. Lets start thinking about next week. The Knights will take Ju-88s this week and will hopefully gain us some points there.

NS, no one is better at jaboing tanks, so what do you think about that.

352nd, your job will be to cover the Knights. We might go for the rest of the quad because there are a lot of good points there. Does closing 19 give us anything?

The rest post your thoughts. I am concerned about doing another jabo run this time because of the ack, so please let me know what you think.

Hawk if any field were closed during a frame they will be open in the next frame. If you are going for the quad just remember all 4 fields are open again.

LF-6 has worked well in the north and have our 109s and 202's left the rest of the series. I will post your question for ideas on our forum and get a general consensus from the group.

Also please remember that the "quad" has more available steps of protection than any other fields that are available near the Front. ALL fields are open EVERY Frame. Points is points.

Wolf are you saying the quad might be to busy to hit? If so there are other targets we can hit. If we are using the ju-88 I want to get more bang for our buck.

Pardner, we'll take you anywhere you want to go! The above comment is founded exclusively upon the observation that the enemy has the opportunity to place a whole bunch of steps of airplanes in the close proximity to the "quad".

Crap, Those are a heap of steps. Yikes!

I really need to be carefull about this one. I don't want to send our guys to their death right off the bat.

I am think 79 for the bombers. Question, do the brown huts need to be destroyed? If not there is a whole lot of points there. I could send the 352nd in to sweep the cons then the Knights to clean up the area.

Thanks

The brown houses are "huts" and are Required Targets. Of course, none of the AAA are "Required".

F-79 is a Small Airfield. 3 points for closure.

I thought so and if we can get the coverage, closing a 3 step field could be a good thing.

Good conversation brother and this is why I like having you guys with us!

Hawk,

Nightstalkers will gladly trade you 1 step of Stukas for 1 step of F190F8 :D

After Frame 2:
actually we have 2 frames in 190 F8 and 1 frame in Stuka left for this series
(for planning purposes)

I ask all Frame COs to review the summary and see where they are scoring points and where the enemy is. When its set down in hard cold numbers some things may surprise you that were not obvious from the rules or map or previous frame. Axis have been winning the air to air battle so good coverage on multiple targets maybe the way to go. One or two Ju88s can hit outposts up high and fighters can clean up the remaining later. Its the 50cal that is deadly down low at these positions and airfields. So they should be a level bombers priority as well as the really hard targets. Again hardness is the same as the MA so use that as your litmus test.

Good Luck
