Frame 2 Front Moved Frame 2 Base Availabilities The 352nd FG has CO responsibilities for Frame 2. Strike Squads are encouraged to forward preferred targets with the moved Front. It should be noted that all targets are viable in the next Frame. 14. Closed Fields - fields closed during play will remain so only during the frame. All fields are rebuilt for the next frame. Closing fields does allow each side to move the front for the next frame. The closed fields for each side is tallied and the side with the higher number will capture locations to begin the next frame. The difference between the two tallies determines the number of locations captured. Closed fields are not all worth the same as some are easier than others to close. Their ranking is; •Outpost or Arty = 1 •GAF or Town = 2 •SAF = 3 •Port = 4 •LAF = 5 •Town with airstrip = 6 |

Nightstalkers... I think our numbers will be low this week or people coming in late. Give us the 190 F8 down in the south. We can either hit tanks or go hunt C47s (or both) |

Grass and small fields are not distinguished by icons. The only way to tell is visually checking. 83 has a runway so it is a small field for 3 steps. 84 is also 3 steps. I haven't checked as of this posting but the green fields with the radar might possibly be all the "small" ones while the non radar are a"grass" though they have more parking than a small field.... There are two types of large fields, the rectangular runway and the triangle. At least those have always been the norm for large fields in WB. Where exactly jabo makes the distinction I dunno. I was not called out for having LF 6 at F83. |

I believe the drop down menu shows you the LHAR, SHAR and GAF. |

Hmm, it would have been nice to know that feature. While I'll disagree with what is "large" and "small" there it is. |

I mean the dropdown menu in the game on the tower maps. I just copied it for the series map. |

For Frame 2 planning purposes, its prolly best to go with the map symbols in the Arena. Sorta like getting stuck in a thick cloud layer on a VFR flight, its a good idea to believe the "instruments". |

Tunisia is in the process as being redone as a terrain but you probably wont see it until 2015 at the earliest. Terrain icons are always a bone of contention. Anyone have some ideas on icons for the planning map and inflight maps please post them in the terrain forum on this site. |
