Hi guys, any thoughts about frame 5? Instead of trying to defend against overwhelming numbers and the allies altitude advantage at F6.....maybe we just go on an offensive AWAY from the allies and F6. How about an all out assault from F20 to F85 or 90 and then continue to push close/capture fields SW and away from F6 where they have an alt advantage? Take heavy 190's and 110's and whatever low-level bombers we are allowed (stukas?) Not even sure we need a CO as I don't think we can spare a pilot not flying this frame. ...thoughts? |

I agree. Let's fly into Allied territory and destroy ground targets. Once our game plan is discovered, I would expect them to chase us all over the map. With this in mind, have Kacey send as many AI bombers as the rules will allow and proceed in whatever aircraft one desires with the idea of destroying as many ground targets as we can. Have Kacey launch as many AI tanks as the rules allow as well. If the Allies want to shoot down 88 AI bombers like they did in Frame 3, let them; we're taking out ground targets. <S> Nick |

I've asked Kacey...dont know if he will have time, but we'll see. Axis, This is just my suggestion, if anyone has a different plan, let me know…. we don’t have a CO this frame yet. weglaufen! BLITZKRIEG! (run away!) We hit 90 from 20 From 90 we could go 91 or 26 which will keep us moving away from F6 and the allies. remember if we don’t engage them and kill them, they can’t teleport down to us so we should only have to contend with ack by doing this. F20 to F90 ALL LAUNCH T+0 important to stay NOE so allies launch up north and then can’t teleport down to us! 190’s 500kg: top speed 333 mph (Use WEP to get up to seed but don’t overheat!) should take about 3.45 min to target, climb and drop on single targets. leave bunched up targets for the 110’s. Straff remaining targets once 110’s and Stuka’s drop 110 2 1000kg: top speed of 260mph should take 5 minutes to target Drop on bunched up targets.. and ack Stuka 1 1000kg Top speed 201 mph should take 6.5 min to target send AI in and hit single targets should launch a troop transport T+0 and capture immediately after close. we'll need a volunteer. ALL rebase at 90. RINCE AND REPEAT with F91 and 26. Nookyb CO Virtual 4th FG |
