4th launched from F12 at T+0 with 1 GCI and 13 AC to attack F32. No resistance intercepted on route to F32. Once over F32 strong and accurate Flack was encountered and we lost the first 3 initial pilots. The remaining pilots dropped their ordinance from higher altitudes and all pilots RTB to F12. The 4th regrouped and rearmed in Kates for the second sortie to F32. During sortie 2, F32 was destroyed, trooped and captured.
Remaining AC with weapons turned to attacked F73 while the remaining 4th AC returned to F12 for rearming. Initial AC attacking F73 capped this target until the re-armed 4th pilots upping in Kates could inflict additional destruction and with help from Lf6, F73 was captured.
During this sortie F62 was captured so all 4th pilots returned to F32 (now RED) for re-arming and headed back to 24 and closed it. Finally we launched from 62 to F99. On initial attack, Flack was very accurate and several AC were hit. Further offensive action eliminated the Flack and all pilots hit GVs, buildings and other land targets. Approximately 5 min into the attack, opposing RAF entered F99s airspace and 4th pilots were ordered to RTB and clear the area. A number of pilots were intercepted by opposing forces with the loss of two pilots, and several 4th pilots received damage to their AC. During this last encounter 3 pilots were intercepted by RN AC with two losses and two kills and the remaining 4th pilots returning home with some damage.
