OK Gentlemen,

An Allied primary objective for the series is complete - the closing of 262s. They must now close the front line large fields or go deep. Their strikers will most likely go for the shipping in the north.

We are down by 82 already. The ONLY way to get back into the points race is to close fields. Realistically, we cannot close that gap in one frame, so we must chip away over the next three.

Knights - L44 - Close L26 and M24
RCAF - M82 - FW 190D with 3x250s - Close M25 then get to alt and vector to the bombers
Der Nebel, CheckMates, AE - Bomber Interdiction
Luftflotte 6 - Fighter Intercept

Der Nebel, CM, AE - Coordinate on a common TAC channel. If you have a dedicated GCI, please let me know, otherwise, I can vector you to the bombers. Plan for their close escorts to be within the buff stream, but we will do what we can to get the fighters stripped.

RCAF - Im thinking you guys should probably hold in tower or take your time getting to the airfield. I do not know if we will have assets available to support your strike, so if you wait until the Allies are committed, I think you guys can get in, tear it up and then climb up. Beaver - let me know.

Luftflotte 6 - I will GCI you guys into the fighter sweep. Take fighter of choice and get above the Allies. I want us to stay together and fight together. If we can hit one of the large Allied FGs without having the other two coming to their aide, we can then egress and get back to alt.

Again, all prelim...let me know what you guys think.

M25 does not score us any points. Only the fields/targets with stars around them score points. If we start at L54, we should be able to make a quick raid onto the airfield at TAC 43, possibly taking down the bridge west of TAC 51 on the way. We could then quickly rebase at 52, grab drop tanks and climb to meet the buffs. If the buffs haven't shown, we could go back and get the bridge at TAC 43 or finish the earlier targets if they are still up.

Looks good Sakai. We'll be in 109s. Possibly a mix of Ks and Gs.

Here is a possible route and targets. I need the targets confirmed because we are going to do a one pass and head to the next one.

You do not need to destroy AAA to close a field, just safer if you do :D

Talking out of turn here. My CO may direct a ".ignore muzz--".

Why not base 4-6 steps of Jabos at the Tac Airfields near the NE frontier? Tac 41, 45, 49? Each field can take 2 steps, and with T34 airfield closed, jabos could quickly sweep down on T34, T36 bridges and the T36 airfield. Bug out after a quick strike and rebase to the north-east. Would require an IMMEDIATE launch at T+0 to pull off (no waiting for stragglers).
Thoughts?
