Last night a Knight went rouge and shot down 3 Lafs and I want to apologize for hit actions. I made it quiet clear that NO 262 was to engage the enemy. Still he ignored my orders and did so anyway.

There is no excuse for this action and take full responsibility for this unauthorized action. I also understand he was rude to Jabo and this too is not exceptable behavior.

Beaver had a great frame and this puts a black mark on it and he deserves better. Of course the pilot in question will take the penalty, but I think there is a bigger issue here that must be delt with and I will.

Once again, my apologies to to community for his actions.

It happens Hawk. This is going to be a particularly frustrating series for us due to the sheer size of the opposing fighter force not to mention the fact that it is made up of the three largest Allied centric forces in the game. That coupled with the restrictions on the defensive capabilities of the ME262 just makes it harder for us to deal with the enemy's capabilities. So it isn't surprising when tempers flare and we get an occasional individual who has had enough and strikes out.

So, you going to appoint them "Colonel of the Urinal" for a couple of weeks?

the only thing the 262 is good for is stripping escorts. the restrictions are crap, and forced upon the community by a bunch of pansies, IMO ...

Thor, I have to abide by the ruling and though it sucks, it was ignorance of the rules. I do gave to apologize to the team because its going to affect this frame and its not fair to you all.

I have always seen the s3 frame planning as an opportunity to put our problem solving skills to similar tasks as our historic counterparts. so I usually support the problems the janitors present us.
however when they get to the point where they are meddling and forcing us into the clear miss-use of our very limited assets, all because the other side refuses to adjust their tactics to the reality of an aircraft that actually dares to do something better then theirs, and instead repeatedly threaten not to participate if it is available to us as it was in the real world. well it kind of stings, especially since many of us have faced the nearly constant axis uphill climb our entire s3 career. taking away one of our advantage moments, well there are far to few of them over here to take this crap lightly.

so a big <F> to the opposing crybabies and a WTF to the janitors for tolerating it.

now, on with the event, and you were right to apologize hawk, and correct in your contrition which is clearly sincere.
don't misunderstand me, my being annoyed at our situation (and the reasons for it)
does not change how I feel about not following rules and restrictions that are intended to balance this game so it is suitable for our needs.

I however do not see, nor ever have seen how the treatment of the 262 does anything but boost allied s3 morale. nobody bitched about the hoover until BIG when we finally figured out what
it was good at as represented in WB. since then it has become somehow intolerable. Interesting since the only thing the 262 does when used correctly in WB is to force the escorts to face some risk while escorting. Heaven forbid escorting be more hazardous to the escorts than bass fishing. you will notice that nobody cries over Luftwaffe altitude under performance relative to our opposition.
whatever, I could go on forever with this stuff. I don't like being told how to use my assets, especially when the usage Is a clear mistake that even the Luftwaffe had figured out by 1945. just effing Stupid, our counterparts would never put up with it, not without threatening to walk away anyway.
