If the radar is attached to a closed field it will be blown up. So I think if you close 44 it would take out those radars that are attached to it. ETO is a tough one because instead of make radars and industry fields they just attached them to fields and cities.
So for Frame 3 all radars are up unless they are attached to M52 which will be closed like M65.
S58 is German and in operation. Closed fields remain so only if they are not captured. Once captured they are open to the capturing side. I had to amended the rules as I totally left that out. Its how we have done it before.
