Here are the orders for Frame 5: OPERATION SHY MONKEY: We will continue to bring the war to the enemy. Much to the pleasure of Il Duce, you have pushed the enemy back time after time! No longer able to sit by while their ally gets defeated, the British have begun to provide more war materials to the enemy. We have received intelligence that the RHAF now has Wellington bombers at their disposal. This does not diminish our resolve. We will continue our fearless attack! Knights: (Field 110)
Proceed on a prudent course to the target area. You are to meet up with your escort near Field 114. Destroy your targets and proceed to secondary targets 88, 89, 90, and 120. 4th Fighter: (Field 79)
Since the 352nd and Lf6 will be operating in the North, your main area of responsibility will be to the South in the area marked on the map. Monitor communications closely as you may be needed in multiple places. Destroy any ground targets at your discretion. 352nd Fighter: (Field 86)
After fields 124 and 125 are closed, the medium bombers will begin to attack the fields in this area. You will need to coordinate with their squad leader to prevent anyone in your squad from getting destroyed by their bombs. Night Stalkers: (Field 138)
You may also strike ground targets in the area. Luftflotte 6: (Field 78)
Coordinate communications with the medium bomber leader and meet them near Field 114. If conditions allow, lift up heavy and join in on the attack. I have created BDA dot files for this frame and have attached them to the orders. If you have any questions on their use, ask. <S> Nick Attachment: PP5map(2).jpg [ 265.93 KiB | Viewed 2163 times ]

Uncle Hawk will better be able to answer this, but as an escort pilot it seemed considerably longer since the CA interface. As the bombers approach the target, the AI's have been directed away from the target and the pilots dropped on the target. The players then switched to an AI aircraft and repeated the process. Lf6 will be in constant cover over the medium bombers while they are over the airfield targets. <S> Nick |
