Each Group gets one Frame, some lucky Groups get TWO. For now, the 352nd will provide a CO in Frame 5.
Frame COs are encouraged to not be discouraged if the location of a totally successful strike mission happens to be included in Allied territory in the following Frame. It would appear that there are NO strategic targets, it is all about points.
