I would have to think that every group had a good night. I know there are a few that we lost trying to complete the goals but that number is low in comparison to what we accomplished. Jabo reported that we killed about 1/2 of the human bombers. This may be true and we will see when the stats come out.

To the 475th, I am not sure how you seen the initial pass on the buffs but from where I was sitting I think I got you to them a little early. I think LF6 was about 5 miles north when you merged. I hope this didn't hurt your group on the way through the first pass. Also great work on the AI bombers on you second / third sorties.

Overall everyone had a great night.

AE / HAZE / JG127 ... I am not to sure of your numbers and kill / loss ratio but you did and outstanding job from what I was able to follow in the buffer.

I Salute ..

Yes, we were slightly early but we put rounds in human bombers and drew a lot of escort attention. We lost 5 and killed 3 escorts in that first engagement but there were at least 20 escorts there, probably more.

We killed 21 AI bombers in following sorties and they werent as easy to get down as they have been in the past.

Haze and AE found the first wave of bombers with most escorts stripped. There was a hand full of Jugs still high but we were able to kill or scatter them. Only two escorts made it back to the buffs. One Jug held tough the whole way out and Bangat was able to fuel the last pony as they egressed. Great job to the first wave of strippers and shooters made our job a relative turkey shoot.

Drdart,

Could I please bother you for an Frame CO AAR I can post up on the FB page?

Something that describes the night from a CO standpoint would be great.

Thanks in advance!

Dobs

Dobs,

Just letting you know I will probably not get to this for the FB page. I understand what you are trying to do there. This week I will not have a lot of extra time. Sorry

Hey Nick, as JG-51 XO I am assigning you the task of writing an AAR for the Frame 4 CO. It will help you to complete your practical factors for advancement.
