Each group will decide their plane of choice. Please consider there will be B-29's later in the frame. Let us all try to find the CV group early so KoN will have a chance early on in the frame. Once the CV is found all fighter groups will merge to that area to cap and support the KoN's ingress. After the first attempt all fighter groups will retreat when able to re-arm for the B-29's. I believe we should see them after T+70. Dead fighters you will have a second chance .. Ask for a KAMI reset.

Image

LF-6 F144 Roll T+0 and patrol the area highlighted south of your field. Report any contact you see and we will adjust on the fly. Look for CV's. Be prepared to assist when called upon.

475 / 127 F60 Roll T+0 and patrol the area highlighted south of your field. Report any contact you see and we will adjust on the fly. Look for CV's. Be prepared to assist when called upon.

AE / 8TH Roll F78 T+0 and patrol down the 9 line. Try to keep close contact with KoN while also patrolling out front along their line. Be prepared to support the 475/127 if called upon.

KoN / KoN fighters F78. Follow the yellow line in search of CV's. If the West fighter group or the Center Group makes contact we will make adjustment on the fly. Call out any contacts on country channel.

KAMI - Hopefully no-one will die and we won't have to do this. If you die and would like to fly the Kami make sure you ask JABO for a reset and be prepared to roll. Time and field are yet to be determined. Someone can help me, what field do we use and does it matter?

ANY CHANGES WILL BE IN RED

I would check out the summary and see where the IJ is getting points and loosing points. It takes 40 kamis to equal a CV. Much less if you are using the IJ frontline bomber the P1Y(Ju88). Maybe switch to the G4M2 or Kate as a first strike aircraft. You get 3 AI wingmen with either. Killing the TBFs has been a major point cow for the IJ but they have also done well against the one time against B29s with a very limited group of bomber pilots. Taking down 10+ B29s is a major victory for the IJ.

Field does not matter for the Kami's as they do not count towards stacking limit, however, the Kami's are bombers so need to have a sufficiently long runway.

Since all of the JU88's were shot down last frame, they will be using the G4M2 or Kate this frame anyway. ;)

I think we can take the G4M1 with torps. I'll take a look at it and see which one we can take. We don't want to use the G4M2 unless we are going to do the Kami run. I don't think we can use the G4M2 for the first hop, get shot down and then use it again for the Kami run. This is a Jabo call here.

G4M1 is Kami use only. This is the only airframe the S6 will track and remove deaths.

Don't want to take the Kate? I tops out at 210 (T) mph with 1 torp and 1 tail gun (7.9mm) instead of the G4M2 that tops out at 230(t) with 1 torp and a bunch of defensive guns?
A G4M2 shot down is worth 1 point, the B5N2 Kate is worth .75 points ;)

I was talking with Dobs-San and he is suggesting 475/RCAF take the Ki84 :)
