S3 Series

the 475FG has CO duties for Frame 5. I am not totally sure I will be the on scene commander but I WILL be assisting in the overall plan.

My first thought is everyone will be strippers AND shooters.

Frame 4 saw the best escort disposition of the series with remote escort AND close escort properly positioned in the classic front rear and flanks. I expect more of the same. The only question is what ingress route they will choose.

My plan is to send out very small scouting parties and have EVERYONE massed to hit the escort hard. So first sortie will be scouts and STRIPPERS/ESCORT KILLERS.

ONce we do that future sorties will be determined by your frame 5 ride.

If your group is in 109's your primary task will remain stripping with shooting as a secondary role.

If your group is in 190's your primary task after sortie 1 will be shooting AI bombers (Unless BT is down to 1.0)

So at this point I need Frame 5 rides to issue detailed orders and a frame 5 Map.

LF-6 only has the 190-A8 available to us.

Haze/AE has 190-A4s remaining

JG127 has the 109G6 available for Frame 5

2. AI routines worked well. At least the B24s did, some issues still with the B17s. Thanks to noflyz for an excellent B24 routine. Final frame we will go for broke, 3 groups of kick-ass B24s all targeted at different industry targets. Luftwaffe will need to be on them early.

We have to assume they will be in one group until deep in Germany. That was the original premise of the series and we certainly don't have numbers to split into thirds.

I have the plane settled in my mind but I won't post the final orders until Saturday.

I will post a new map but Frame 2 or 3 map will work fine.

Doc, being a new transfer from long ago, do I have any 109's available to me?

I believe you have all options available as long as you buy the first and last round for all squads after the frame.

It's up to Jabo, but the way I see it, you still have all planes available. Anyone else have any thoughts on this. It will be Tracers 1st frame this series.

Mixing is allowed so I see no problem. And remember he can swap G6 to G6/R6 and back during the frame should he choose to. It actually may be helpful to have him in that 109 especially if you guys can dig up a wingman for him that has a 109 frame left.
