4th launched at T+0 with 11 pilots and one pilot remaining on the ground to provide GCI. 4th turned W at the 9.7X continuing climb receiving intel we turned NE heading to 10.8.5 and leveling at 30K+ we intercepted e/a at 10.8 heading N. Made several passes while turning S and heading to 10.7.5. E/A chose not to engage diving and turning N. 4th continued SE to 10.7X then RTB.

GCI changed hands and again 4th launched with no losses. During climb-out 2 pilots arriving late launched to intercept the original group. Group vectored to Dover area intercepting friendlies as well as e/a bombers and spits, loosing 1 pilot and downing several bombers and then turning E to 10.7.5 area where e/a were found and attacked. 4 109s RTBed for overheating and re-arming while the remaining force swept the area for additional e/a and making last RTB for re-fueling and arming.

Group launched again climbing direct to the 10.8X again intercepting e/a. One pilot was lost between F52 and F53 and another loss over F53. Before the group arrived at 10.8 (GCI and OPS CO) requested a vector to 10.7.5 area where attacks were being made by e/a on nearby ports. Receiving intel the 4th joined up with the DRs at 10.7.2.5 providing support until enemy shipping was intercepted and attacked from 11.8.1-3. This final mission ended supporting the DRs attack/return and the 4th recovering at F52 with no further losses.
