If you are flying online then the FM files will be set to for everybody in that arena.
If you are flying offline you may find that you are using an older FM file. Some updates force offline to default to the latest FM files. The latest update will default to 2025. The previous update used 2016 even though the MA was at 2019.
Offline you can change the FM files being used with the command:
.fldat flxxxx (where xxxx is number of the file eg .fldat fl2025)
Just to be crystal clear - that only works offline.
