Squad COs/XOs Please take a poll of your expected numbers starting in Sept. While we do have two new members in our MA roster, I think four (4) is still a good number for the S3s. Remember - we are assigned with Luftflotte 6 for sides and planning purposes. |

CC that will be in the squad roles and assigned a/c for each event. I still figure each squad looks after its numbers. |

Those numbers look good for RCAF 417, Jaxxon comes out when he is not working, but the way his shifts work he will be unavailable for 4 weeks, then available for 4 weeks, so 3 is still the number for now. I believe the numbers for RCAF 416 are good also, I will check with Swede and post here if different.

The 352nd will be a three step Squad for the upcoming season. Shown numbers work. |

9 Looks real good for 416, all one can do is hope, to bad the CO is such a pain, we could have more... Swede- S/L 416 squadron RCAF |

Though I would like to say higher, 4 is probably close enough. We'll peak maybe 7 or 8 in deep winter, but we all fly vastly different schedules with new jobs and such. Kind of a MA bummer too. Frame 2 of the first series we may only be 2-3 as Loo and Zik head to Reno Air Races. |

I will post numbers by Friday. 15 maybe stretching it for us this season, more like 8/10. |
