Lost cockpit view

This is getting frustrated. I now have lost my cockpit and bombsite view. Does anyone have an idea how I can get it back?

My brother lost his during off line mode and it was a key command that turned it off.

Think he said it was

Default Field of View. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Ctrl + V or Z
