I received this from Dspapy.s Son this morning. Greetings All, It is with great regret that I must inform you that dspapy, Dean E. Saderup has passed on Friday Mar 7th, 2014. After a battle with cancer. He enjoyed the squad the many events, the comraderie and the many friends that he acquired through the arena. I wish you all the best. dspappy joined the 416 squadron on January 8th, 2005, before that he flew in Dawn of Aces, so I guess that makes him a two war veteran. Although at times he managed to get off course, recon was his specialty, he always was ready to fly. He will be missed, he always had a soft voice on the radio, and kept things in perspective for us many times. <S> pappy Blue skies and a great tail wind Swede- S/L 416 RCAF- 127 Wing |
